Group classes
Boot Camp style class: This is a workout intended to burn as many calories as possible. It involves strengthening, cardio, and balance exercises. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, participants go at their own pace.
Pilates Reformer Class: This class is on the pilates reformer machines. We do a whole body workout. Participants love the pilates reformer because you get to tone all muscles without harsh weight bearing on their joints.
